Am I going to be tied into a contract?

Our minimum term for an RPO is 3 months, this gives us both a good amount of time to make sure that we like working together.  After that it’s on a rolling monthly basis.

Can I upgrade (or downgrade)?

Of course – we have the 3 levels to choose from which fit most budgets / hiring needs.  If you get a big project win and need to staff up we’re happy to assist.

What are the payment terms?

We ask for 14 day payment terms with all RPO based clients.

What is the refund period?

Depending on the package you choose, we offer from 1 month to 6 months, all at 100% of the fee paid.

Do you screen the CVs?

We certainly do.  We make sure that the applicants you are sent are a good fit to your requirement, fully briefed on your role and most of all interested and keen on your opportunity before submission.

Surely I can just put an advert out?

You certainly can.  But when you post the advert you get bombarded by recruiter calls and spend more time dealing with that than actually doing the job you’re paid for.  Using our service allows your job to be advertised but stops those unwanted calls.
